Those lips, those eyes and that newly brunette look work for FBI agent Illeana Scott (Angelina Jolie) summoned to help out Canadian law enforcement in Montreal. Her specialty is hunting down serial killers who assume lives and identities of the people he/she tracks. Ethan Hawke plays a suspect; Kiefer Sutherland plays another. Olivier Martinez is her difficult assigned partner who makes her life more complicated. Jolie does a fine job as a babe detective and this a good thing, considering she’s in need of a good movie. Can anyone say “Life Or Something Like It”? Hawke is superb as a leading man and Martinez remains as sexy as he was in “Unfaithful”. Nobody seems to care if he can really act. But, while you may get the ‘who done it’ right from the start, the surprise twisted ending will make for a great bonus plot.
