(Rated PG-13)  In a summer full of sequel challenges this one meets its match and is as good, or better than it’s original. So take that, Spiderman! Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) returns as the rogue assassin who is always on the edge, on his toes, with barely any sleep, as the CIA hunts him down and wants to stop him once and for all. Framed again for a murder he didn’t commit (or did he), Bourne spans the globe trying to figure out a puzzle involving CIA head honcho Pamela Landy (Joan Allen) blaming him for two of her top militants found murdered in Berlin. It’s a non-stop thrill ride with the expert timing, pace and style of the original, as Damon’s fingerprints show up everywhere from Moscow to India and Manhattan in between. Damon is this generations James Bond and Jason Bourne is sure to begin a chain of sequels, all based on the original Robert Ludlum books.
