When one teaches the private KOK fraternity handshake to a girl, it’s time for punishment where spankings and pranks ensue. But, when three guys are evicted from their frat house, they seek refuge and pantyhose in DOG house. (Delta Omicron Gamma), led by the Gloria Steinhem of sororities named Leah (Melissa Sagemiller). The three guys, Dave, Doofer and Adam, (Barry Watson, Harland Williams and Michael Rosenbaum) suddenly pledge the house, posing as Daisy, Roberta and Adina learning everything about thigh masters to walking a mile in high heels. Despite it’s annoyances and predictable stereotypes with Dave/Daisy falling for Leah “Tootsie” style, the three stars get a lot of mileage delivering their ultimate destination: a lesson on not demeaning homely girls. Homely girls have heart. Maybe the audience of young guys entering college will have a sore spot for girls that are big, ugly or have a natural moustache next semester.
