Frank Pepperidge (Bill Murray) is this gross guy with bad eating habits. After ingesting a bad hard-boiled egg, a nasty fatal germ attempts to kill him. Osmosis Jones (Chris Rock) is a white blood cell on the case along with Drix and Thrax (David Hyde Pierce and Larry Fishburne). Think nerdy Niles of “Frasier” perfectly cast as the dry, brainy, intestinal, war hero. This live action/animation is a sort of “Buddy cop” movie inside the human body as dream team directors Peter and Bobby Farrelly take their “Dumb and Dumber/Something About Mary” talents to pull off (this time) bodily fluids and functions from the inside, looking out. I promise you’ll wash your hands after this one. Also stars Molly Shannon and Chris Elliot with Wiliam Shatner as Mayor Phlegmming.
