– Our all-time favorite action guy, Bruce Willis, returns as John McClane, older, badder, balder, and with a teenage daughter, Lucy (Mary Elizabeth Winstead.) While McClane’s character may be recognizable from the original, the plot and feeling is totally changed. Aimed at a younger audience some twenty years later, this time McClane takes on an Internet-based group run by Thomas Gabriel (Timothy Olyphant) out to destroy America through Virtual Terrorism. Enter Matt Farrell (Justin Long) the kid who seems to be who everybody wants murdered and the boy that the D.C. Feds want to talk to. That’s because Matt and his friend Warlock (Kevin Smith) have basement-computer-nerd-capabilities that can shut down the terrorists operations.  The movie is a double whammy – laugh out loud at the preposterous stunts and then clutch your chair handle at the unexpected movements.  It’s old-fashioned action coupled with modern technology as you suddenly come to terms with the fact that computers really do run our world.  “Die Hard” was the number one action film of all-time and now it has some competition.  It’s sequel.  Four Tiaras
